Words Ideas

There is no focus on any one word in particular, which draws more attention to the whole composition. I find it to be a very clean-looking, albeit maybe cliche photo.

Digital images present a wide arsenal of new possibilities that are usually absent without the assistance of Photoshop. Though I may not know how to do something like this, I figured its eccentricity made it worth mentioning.
In the same vein as the previous photo, here's a more creative approach to the curse known by writers everywhere. I find this work to be a little more appealing than the actual idea it's describing.

Monochromatic Ideas

I may not know what it is...but it certainly is pretty and serves as a decent subject. The wavy backdrop-doohickey is also a nice touch.

A white dog covered in white snow, real simple. Normally I find dog's faces to be a bit goofy looking, so in respect I like the way the dog is posed: away from the camera.

Despite the change of pace in terms of color, this strikes me as the most unique. Even if this weren't an attractive photo, the structure is still impressive.

Monochromatic Ideas

Since sunsets/sunrises give just about everything a warm-looking tone, getting a red/yellow/orange look out of a photo shouldn't be too difficult.

Since the wide open sea is one color, the only problem I foresee in getting an ocean picture would actually be getting to the ocean...

I don't plan on painting my nails, but I couldn't pass up how original I thought this was. It may not be completely one color, but the red cheeks really stand out from the yellow.

Self-Portrait

Not too psyched about the goofy expression on my face, but oh wellz.

Montaaaaaaage

I knew this little guy would come in handy someday. He was just lying around in my room and I thought it would be cool if I just stuck some headphones on him :]
Whenever none of my friends are over at my house, these things are always on my head... so I decided to share :D

werdz

So yeah, I totally hate this picture. Why?

  • My lighting was awful so we had to lighten it in Photoshop, so now the resolution is really crappy.
  • I have some weird look on my face.
  • What's that stain on his neck? You can clearly see my birthmark.
  • My handwriting on this thing matches that of a 1st grader.
  • I look like Goldilocks.
Anyhoo, on to the actual assignment. My quote says "I'll listen to everyone's ideas and opinions; a missed oppurtunity can mean a missed life," because I'm "diverse." Pretty self-explanatory, but it means a lot to me. It motivates me to take chances and all that jazz every once and a while.

Cold 2, Snow

Well I'm an idiot. I was worrying for the longest time why my pictures weren't looking as nice as they were in Photoshop, but then I realized it's only a thumbnail. If you click on it, BAM, full size. My stupidity aside, this was my backyard on Friday. I live right behind Summit, so you can see the stadium lights in the background. My favorite part of this picture has to be the frozen trees sitting behind the frost-topped fence, I never thought something like this in Texas was possible :]
